TRYSIL 1100AL is an L-shaped bollard light: an 85 cm vertical aluminium profile topped by a horizontal head that reaches 34 cm forward. The profile is extruded and powder-coated in aluminium RAL 9006, and the light leaves through a sealed clear PMMA lens in the underside of the head. How big it is and where it goes 85 cm is about the height of a bar counter, and because the head reaches 34 cm forward the light falls beside the post rather than on top of it — so the luminaire is set at the edge of a path or driveway with the arm aimed at the surface. The profile itself is only 11 cm wide, the figure to compare with the free strip along the border. The luminaire weighs 4.2 kg, the carton 5 kg at 39.5 x 13 x 94.5 cm. What kind of light it gives The source is a built-in LED module at 3000 K, a warm white. The luminaire puts out 703 lm — a little less than an old 60 W bulb — while drawing 7.4 W, and a colour rendering index of Ra 80 is enough to tell paving from planting after dark. A Ledil VSM lens gives an IESNA type V distribution, a wide symmetrical pool under the head, and the maker allows a different lens type to be fitted. It is phase-dimmable, but on the trailing edge only, so the dimmer has to be specified as TE; for external control Norlys names the Philips Xitanium TE. The LED module and the control gear are replaceable by a professional, with service kit ZS1100zx0009 listed as a spare part, so a failed module does not mean a whole new luminaire. Mounting and wiring The luminaire bolts down through four ø8 mm holes spaced 18 x 50 mm. The concrete anchor has its own article number, 1907ZX0009, and is sold separately — plan that purchase together with the bollard. The terminals take up to 3 x 2.5 mm², and the luminaire can be looped through with up to 3 x 1.5 mm², so a row of them along a path runs off one supply instead of a separate cable to each. It is protection class I, which means an earth conductor is mandatory. IP65 covers dust and water jets, and IK08 is the impact rating that counts where the luminaire stands beside a footpath.Näytä lisää
