Sigma Artis 4 40529 black branched pendant lightArtis 4 arranges four light points as an open, three-dimensional structure. Slender arms branch from a central vertical stem at different heights and in different directions. Three shades establish the longer axis, while the fourth sits higher and projects to one side. The fitting therefore avoids the rigid appearance of a simple straight bar and presents a different outline as it is viewed from around the room. The body and outer shade surfaces are made from black painted steel. White interiors contrast with the dark shallow domes and clearly define the four downward-facing light openings.The pendant measures 90 cm wide and 55 cm deep. Its layout is well suited to a rectangular dining table, kitchen island or central seating area. Three light points follow the main length of the surface, while the raised side arm breaks up that regular rhythm. Because the shades are open underneath, they send light chiefly towards the area below. Maximum height is 70 cm. The adjustable suspension allows the final drop to be selected during installation in relation to ceiling height, furniture and the required sight line.Four replaceable E14 bulbsVariant SL/40529 uses four E14 lampholders and bulbs are not supplied. This leaves the choice of colour temperature, output and bulb shape to the user. Sigma specifies a maximum of 40 W for each individual source. A matching set of four bulbs will maintain consistent colour and brightness across the composition.
