A GU10 fitting rated to 35 W GFA041 is a recessed downlight for a single GU10 lamp, rated to 35 W. That figure matters when choosing a bulb: 35 W is the usual ceiling for GU10 halogen, and in practice it means any GU10 LED will fit — GU10 LEDs rarely exceed 8 W. It is worth taking advantage of.
