CAMELEON ZENITH XS 11475 is the shade on its own — a white lacquered steel cone, 11 cm across the rim and 12 cm tall, white inside as well. It belongs to the modular Cameleon system, in which a luminaire is assembled from parts bought separately.What is in the box and what has to be ordered with it The box holds the shade and nothing else. There is no light source, no cable with a lampholder, no ceiling box and no mounting accessories — those four lines are ordered separately and only together make a working pendant. The manufacturer's manual is explicit about it: the shade works only with Cameleon ceiling boxes and Cameleon cables, so a suspension from another system is not an alternative. ZENITH XS is intended for a Cameleon cable with a GU10 lampholder. It is worth checking before ordering, because shades of a similar size in the same system are sometimes made for E27 and take a different cable. The maximum lamp wattage is set by the cable you choose and is stated on it, not on the shade.Size, weight and matching the colour The cone measures 11 cm across the rim at 12 cm tall and weighs 0.13 kg — the smallest size in the ZENITH family, which also has S, M and L. At that scale a single shade reads as a point accent; a clear line over a table or a worktop needs four or five hung side by side. The white carries the Cameleon palette reference P004 (RAL 9003). Cables, ceiling boxes and system accessories carry the same reference, so separately ordered lines can be matched to exactly the same finish instead of pairing two different whites.Material and where it goes The shade is lacquered steel and made in Poland; the manufacturer intends it for indoor use. The shade itself has no electrical ratings and no IP rating — both belong to the separately bought cable with its lampholder, and that is what decides where the whole assembly may hang.
