The manufacturer states that Neon Flex HR Eco itself is IP44 and intended mainly for indoor use, and that raising the sealing to IP65 requires special end pieces — that is, a separate cap without an opening. If the installation is to work outdoors, this cap is not enough.OrderingEnd caps are sold singly, and every run of neon has two ends — one with the supply brought out, one closed. When a long reel is cut into several elements the number of caps needed grows with the number of pieces, not with the metreage.
