GFA1921C is a miniature recessed downlight with an aluminium body in satin black, closed by a clear methacrylate diffuser. Two leaf springs hold it in the ceiling, and both the LED module and the driver are supplied. The opening it needs The visible ring is 35 mm across, the cut-out is 31 mm, and the body sits 50 mm up into the ceiling. Those are the three figures to check before buying: a suspended ceiling with a shallower void will not take it. The driver is included but does not sit inside the fitting — it needs its own space beside it, above the ceiling or in a back box. When working out the void, add that space to the fitting's own 50 mm. How much light it gives The fitting puts out 200 lm while drawing 3 W, with a 24° beam pointing straight down. This is accent light rather than general light: one unit lights a narrow patch beneath it, so lighting a room means planning several. 3000 K is warm, close to the old incandescent. A colour rendering index above 90 means colours read almost as they do in daylight — which is exactly what counts at a mirror and over a basin. The fitting cannot be dimmed; it is on or off. Where it may go IP65 means fully dust-tight and resistant to water jets, and the manufacturer states outright that the fitting may be installed in a bathroom or outdoors. In a bathroom, distance from the basin or shower therefore restricts it far less than it would an IP20 fitting. Safety class II removes the need for an earth conductor, and it runs from ordinary 220–240 V mains. What comes in the box The LED module is built in and supplied with the fitting, so there is no lamp to buy — and none to change separately either.
