SLV ONE 60 PD is a black 60 cm ring suspended on three thin cables — one of those fittings that reads as pure geometry when switched off and, once lit, draws two separate layers of light: over the table and across the ceiling. The PD Phase Up/Down version emits downwards and upwards at the same time, so the lower beam lights the surface below while the upper one bounces off the ceiling and fills the room with soft indirect light. A CCT switch: 2700 K or 3000 K There is a physical CCT switch on the luminaire. Before installation you choose whether ONE 60 runs at a very warm 2700 K (1150 lm) — the restaurant-and-evening-dining tone — or at a warm, slightly brighter and more versatile 3000 K (1200 lm). No decision at the point of order, no need to buy two versions, and the setting can be revised later during any service visit. The colour rendering index is CRI 90. That is the level at which food, wood and textiles keep their natural colour, which is why SLV aims the ONE family at hospitality and restaurants as well as at living rooms. Phase dimming, no extra controller The fitting dims on both leading and trailing edge (commonly called TRIAC dimming), so it works with an ordinary wall dimmer — no control bus and no external driver. ONE 60 PD does not support DALI. SLV publishes the dimmers it has verified the luminaire against: Busch-Jäger 6523U, Eltako EUD 61 NPN-UC, Legrand PRO21 775659, Niko 310-0190X and the LK Fuga LED Dimmer 180 Touch. Dimensions and installation The ring measures 60 cm across and just 4.5 cm deep, so it all but disappears when seen edge-on. The suspension cables are 180 cm long and are shortened on site to whatever drop you need — over a dining table, typically 70–90 cm above the surface. The ceiling rose is 18 cm in diameter and 4 cm high, in the same black finish. The body is aluminium, the shade steel, and the whole fitting weighs 2.118 kg. It is surface-mounted to the ceiling and runs on 220–240 V ~50/60 Hz with a 600 mA secondary. Rated IP20, it belongs indoors in dry rooms only, and as a class I fitting it requires a protective earth conductor. The LED module is permanently built in — SLV allows the module and the control gear to be replaced by a professional only. For the installer Declared lumen maintenance is L80B10 ≥ 50,000 h: after fifty thousand operating hours at least 90% of units still deliver a minimum of 80% of their initial output. Permitted ambient temperature reaches 45 °C. SLV allows up to 94 luminaires on a single B16A or C16A circuit breaker and up to 15 units in a through-wired run — relevant when specifying multi-point installations in hospitality spaces.
