Zambelis E208 is a garden bollard shaped as a narrow rectangular frame in graphite aluminium. The frame stands on a flat base plate, and an opal polycarbonate diffuser runs along the underside of the top crossbar, facing down. The fitting is 78 cm tall and its footprint measures 15 × 5.5 cm. How much room it takes and how it stands 78 cm is roughly kitchen worktop height — the bollard lights the surface around itself rather than shining into the eyes of whoever walks past. The 15 × 5.5 cm base sits on the edge of a path or on paving; the manufacturer requires neither an excavation nor a ground sleeve. No supply cable is included — it has to be brought in separately, and since the fitting is protection class I, an earth conductor belongs on the terminal too. The whole package weighs 1.4 kg and measures 15.7 × 6.2 × 79 cm. How much light it gives The LED module draws 9 W and delivers 653 lm at 3000 K, warm and slightly yellow light. That is a flux for marking the run of a path and the edge of a driveway, not for lighting a whole garden — along a longer walk you set several bollards at intervals. The diffuser sits under the top crossbar and throws light downwards onto the surface. A colour rendering index of Ra 80 is enough for circulation routes. The fitting cannot be dimmed, and the LED module is permanently built in — there is no lamp to change, only the whole fitting once its life is used up, which the manufacturer rates at 30,000 h on the L70B50 criterion. The conditions it can stand in An IP54 rating means limited dust ingress and protection against splashing water from any direction, so the bollard can stand in the open, exposed to rain. Impact resistance IK04 corresponds to 0.5 J — protection against being knocked into, not against a blow from a tool or a mower. The manufacturer permits operation from −35 to 50 °C, so the fitting stays in the garden over winter. The body is aluminium and the diffuser polycarbonate; it runs on 220–240 V at 50/60 Hz drawing 285 mA.
