Kieran LED Semi-Flush Ceiling Light - Black & Brass Elstead

Name: Kieran LED Semi-Flush Ceiling Light - Black & Brass Elstead
Brand: Elstead Lighting

Kieran is a Hinkley LED semi-flush light: a short fluted column in lacquered brass drops from a black ceiling canopy and carries a wide, flat black ring closed underneath by a dish of etched white glass. The frame is steel. It is distributed by Elstead Lighting. Size and where to fit it The fitting is 36.2 cm across and 22.2 cm deep. The column lifts the shade off the ceiling, yet the whole remains low — under a 250 cm ceiling the lower edge sits at about 228 cm, above a standard door. That suits the corridor, hallway, walk-in wardrobe or kitchen, which the manufacturer lists; the room photo shows two in a long hall. It weighs 3.02 kg and is Class I (earth conductor required). What light it gives The source is an integrated 32 W LED module — no bulbs to buy, and the module is not replaced like an ordinary lamp. The colour of the light can be switched in several steps, from warm white through neutral 3500 and 4000 K to cool white at 5000 K, so the same fitting can suit a cosy hallway or a bright working kitchen. The etched glass spreads the light evenly and hides the LEDs. Style The contrast of black and brass and the fluted column recall mid-century forms while keeping a plain, modernist outline. The series also has an all-lacquered-brass version.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
