Italux Barlo LED Pendant Light Black 50 cm PND-34526-M-BK

Name: Italux Barlo LED Pendant Light Black 50 cm PND-34526-M-BK
Brand: Italux

Barlo is a pendant light built as a flat ring 50 cm across, finished in matt black. The ring itself is only 5 cm deep, and a band of faceted clear acrylic runs around its lower edge. The fitting hangs on three thin cables gathered into a round ceiling canopy. How big it is and where to hang it Fifty centimetres is a figure to compare with the width of the table it will hang over: a 40 cm ring keeps its proportions above a table 80–90 cm wide, so Barlo suits a noticeably wider top. The drop adjusts to a total height of 120 cm, measured from the ceiling to the lower edge of the fitting. Over a table the cables are usually shortened so the bottom edge of the ring sits 70–80 cm above the tabletop. Elsewhere the ceiling height decides the drop. The fitting itself is flat: at 5 cm deep the ring takes almost nothing off the space below the ceiling once the cables are shortened. How much light it gives, and what kind The built-in LED module draws 22 W and produces 2100 lumens. That is about two and a half times a former 60 W bulb — enough to light a room on its own rather than only supplement other sources. The light leaves at a 120° beam angle, so it covers a wide area beneath the lamp. The colour of the light is not fixed: the fitting runs at 3000 K, 4000 K and 6000 K, switched from the wall switch. 3000 K is a warm white close to a traditional bulb, 4000 K a neutral white, and 6000 K a distinctly cool light. Barlo is not dimmable, so what changes is the colour of the light, not its brightness. The light source is built in and supplied with the lamp — you buy no bulb, but cannot replace it later either. The manufacturer gives a five-year warranty. Build and the other versions The ring is made from a metal alloy and aluminium, the clear band beneath it from acrylic. Matt black does not throw the pinpoint reflections a gloss-lacquered surface does. The fitting runs on 220–240 V. Within the Barlo family the same ring also comes in gold and silver, and alongside the single-ring version the manufacturer offers a two-ring variant. That matters when you are putting several fittings in one room.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
