Lunhold Ceiling Suspension 100 cm E27 – White Braided Cord, White Lampholder

Name: Lunhold Ceiling Suspension 100 cm E27 – White Braided Cord, White Lampholder
Brand: Lunares

The Lunhold suspension is a ready-made set for hanging a light from the ceiling: a round ceiling cup, 100 cm of cord in a white textile braid and an E27 lampholder with a shade ring. All three parts are white. What is in the set and what you buy separately The box holds the ceiling cup, the cord and the holder — nothing else. Neither a shade nor a bulb is included, so both are bought separately, and both decide how the light looks and what colour it gives. E27 is the most common thread, so the choice of bulb is wide: from decorative lamps with a visible filament to ordinary LEDs. The holder carries a threaded ring that takes a shade with an E27 fitting. The suspension also works without a shade — the holder and bulb then stay in view and the braided cord does the decorative work. How low it hangs and what it carries The cord is 100 cm — the distance from ceiling to holder, before you add the height of a shade and a bulb. Over a table the bottom of the shade usually sits 70–80 cm above the top, so at an ordinary room height this length normally has to be shortened; adjusting it is a job for an electrician. The maximum load is 1.5 kg, a figure to compare with the weight of the shade you pick — heavier shades in metal, concrete or glass are usually above it. The ceiling cup is 12 cm across and 2.4 cm high, which covers a standard connection box. The whole set weighs 0.34 kg. Where it belongs The set is meant for dry interiors — an IP20 rating rules out mounting above a bath, inside a shower or outdoors. It runs on standard 230 V. The white cord in its soft braid and the plain, undecorated holder sit well with pale wood and white, which is to say with Scandinavian rooms. Several suspensions hung side by side over a worktop or a table give a rhythm a single fitting cannot.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
