CEREZO MOD201PL-08N is a pendant lamp built around an elongated shade 85.5 cm wide, made of clear optical glass plates set in a chrome-finished metal frame. The body is 34 cm high and 26.5 cm deep, and it hangs on a 117 cm chain. How big it is and where to hang it 85.5 cm of length is the measure of a fitting meant for a long surface — over a table shorter than the shade itself the proportions will not work. Hanging height is set by the chain, between 54 and 154 cm measured from the ceiling to the lower edge. That is the holder's limit, not the fitting's consumption: with LED bulbs the real draw is several times lower, and eight points spread along the whole length light the surface evenly rather than only its middle. The shade glass is clear, so the bulbs are visible — their shape and the colour of the glass are part of how the lamp looks, not only where the light comes from. The manufacturer states the fitting is not dimmable, so light level is set by the choice of bulbs rather than by a dimmer. Build and series The frame and the fixings are metal in a chrome finish, and the shade is made of flat optical glass plates matched to the colour of the frame.
