Poroshell 120 PFP columns offer alternative selectivities and superior peak shapes for polar and non-polar analytes and are ideal for aromatic and halogenated compounds for improved chromatography. PFP is a pentafluorophenyl ligand that provides an orthogonal separation mechanism with C18 chemistries. PFP phases can separate analytes based on small differences in structure, substitution, and steric access to polar moieties.
