The ZAPOPAN LE42879 is a floor lamp built from a single slim black profile 140.5 cm tall, rising from a flat base of two arms that spread apart at an angle. The whole length of the profile lights up — the source is a built-in LED line behind a silicone diffuser, not a shade fitted on top. How much room it takes and where to put it The profile reaches 140.5 cm, roughly eye level for someone standing beside it, so the lit line stays in view across the full height of the wall behind it. The base arms measure 58.5 and 39.8 cm and spread apart at an angle, which lets the lamp sit into a room corner — and a corner is exactly where the manufacturer shows it in its own setting photograph. The base itself is flat and narrow, so it slides under the edge of a rug or alongside a sofa. Compare the free space in your corner with the span of the arms: the lamp needs no table or shelf, but it does take up a piece of floor. How much light it gives The built-in LED module draws 18 W and delivers 1800 lm at 3000 K. That is more than twice a former 60 W bulb, spread over the whole length of the profile, and 3000 K is warm white — calm light without the yellow cast of candlelight and without a cool office feel. The light leaves the vertical line sideways, so the lamp brightens the wall and the corner of the room rather than the spot beneath it. Reading over a book calls for a separate directional fitting. What comes in the box The light source is built in and part of the fitting — no bulb to buy, but none to change either: when the diodes are spent, the whole lamp is replaced. It runs on ordinary 230 V mains and has one light point. The body and base are aluminium and the diffuser is silicone, a soft material that spreads the diode light evenly without visible dots.
