The 800 µl UNIFILTER microplate is most commonly used in the purification, isolation and separation of biomolecules, especially DNA. The microplate has a well volume of 800 μl, which is ideal for standard DNA plasmid miniprep chemistries. The choice of short or long drip ladders is application specific.
