LUMINES HIRO is a raw aluminium LED profile, 2.02 m long, for plasterboard construction. It accommodates two LED strips arranged in parallel, providing the basis for a linear lighting installation integrated into a ceiling or wall.The raw version has an uncoated aluminium surface. The profile is a HIRO system component, not a complete luminaire or a light source. LED strips, a diffuser and end caps must be selected separately as compatible system parts.Plasterboard installationThe perforated wings are made for setting the profile into plasterboard. The manufacturer specifies two fixing methods: screws or gypsum compound. The perforations allow compound to pass below the flange, while the fixing holes assist accurate alignment during installation.The profile is recessed between boards and the construction surface is then finished. Its construction height is designed so that installation does not require additional cutting into a suspended-ceiling framework or wall.Components to selectHIRO works with DOUBLE diffusers pressed in from above. The system includes transparent, frosted, milky, Frosted milky, black and selected PC versions, as well as end caps. When choosing an LED strip and diffuser, compare their length with the 2.02 m section and confirm their HIRO-system compatibility.Planning the light lineThis profile is intended for recessed linear lighting in plasterboard construction.
