LUKKA pendant lamp blue glass LED 6W CANDELLUX 50133210
LUKKA is a single-light pendant with a shade of blue transparent glass shaped like an irregular teardrop. The shade sits on a metal stem with a polished, silvery finish, and the lamp hangs on a cable from a round ceiling rose. The light source is built in permanently and is included. How big it is and where to hang it From the ceiling to the bottom edge of the shade is 115 cm. The shade itself is 18 cm across and 22 cm high, the ceiling rose 10 cm, so the fitting takes up very little room above a surface. Compare the 115 cm drop with your ceiling height: over a table the bottom edge belongs 70–80 cm above the top. One light point and an 18 cm shade light only a small part of a table top. Above a longer table, several of these pendants side by side spread the light more evenly than a single fitting in the middle. How much light LUKKA gives The built-in LED module draws 6 W and gives 260 lm at a warm 3000 K. That is roughly a third of what an old 60 W bulb produced — mood or supplementary light rather than room lighting. Over a table or beside a sofa it marks out a zone; it will not light the whole room. The glass is tinted and see-through, so the module stays visible through the shade and the light leaves through the blue surface. The source cannot be replaced: the manufacturer states that no change is possible, and rates the module at 20 000 hours — around eighteen years at three hours a day. No bulb needs buying, the fitting works straight after installation. Materials and the rooms the maker had in mind Two materials are visible: the glass of the shade and the metal of the stem and the rose. The form is plain — one glass body without ornament, on a thin cable. The manufacturer calls the style modern and minimalist. The rooms it names are the living room, the dining room and the space over a table, plus the bedroom and the kitchen. Blue glass is the colour accent in the LUKKA series — the same shade also comes in silver, so pendants with an identical silhouette and different glass colours can be combined in one room.Näytä lisää
