Studio 76502 is an Endon semi-flush ceiling light measuring 55.3 cm across: a straight rod runs from a round ceiling plate, and six horizontal arms spread from it on two levels, each ending in a cylindrical lampholder. The whole fitting is finished in matt black, and the holders leave the bulbs completely exposed. How much room it needs below the ceiling The fitting is 55.3 cm in diameter and drops 53.4 cm below the ceiling. It mounts straight to the ceiling on a rigid rod rather than a cable or chain, which is why it fits where a conventional pendant would hang too low. Compare those 55.3 cm with the area the light is meant to sit above. It weighs 3 kg, and the manufacturer rates it Class I, so the ceiling wiring has to include an earth conductor. The round plate covers a standard installation box. Six bulbs to buy separately Each of the six arms ends in an E27 holder taking up to 10 W. No bulbs are included, so a set of six is bought to put the light into service. The manufacturer recommends filament globe bulbs for this fitting — the cylindrical holders do not hide the glass, which stays visible in full. You pick the light colour with the bulbs: 2700 K gives warm, slightly yellow light close to an old incandescent, 4000 K a neutral one. The fitting is dimmable, but that calls for bulbs marked as dimmable and a dimmer. Shape and rooms The manufacturer describes Studio as an industrial shape: black tubes only, arms meeting at right angles and bare bulbs, with no shades and no ornament. The arms sit on two levels, so the body is not flat but built up vertically. The manufacturer intends this model for living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms.
