BISCUIT 100 is a pendant lamp built as a narrow aluminium trough, 98.5 cm long and finished in yellow. Its lower edge is cut into a row of even semicircles, which is where the collection takes its name. An LED strip sits deep inside the profile. How big it is and where to hang it The shade measures 98.5 cm long and 13 cm wide, enough to cover a table for four to six people or the full length of a kitchen island. The suspension is adjusted during installation and the maximum drop is 200 cm, which also works with ceilings higher than the usual 2.5 m. The fitting weighs 1.7 kg. The canopy is yellow to match the shade and the supply cable is transparent, so what you see above the table is mainly the bar itself. How much light it gives The built-in LED strip draws 12 W and delivers 1563 lm — enough to light a worktop or a dining table without a second fitting. At 3000 K the light is warm white: clearly warmer than daylight, but without the yellow cast of a traditional bulb. Colour rendering is Ra 93, so food, wood and fabrics keep their real colours under this lamp, which counts at the table and over a work surface. The strip is recessed into the profile, so nobody sitting underneath looks straight into a bright point. The source is integrated and cannot be replaced; the manufacturer rates it at 50,000 hours. Wiring and control The luminaire is protection class I, so it has to be connected to a circuit with an earth conductor. In the standard version it runs at full output; control options — remote, app, DALI or PUSH DIMM — are ordered together with the lamp rather than added afterwards. Build and interiors The body is aluminium, which carries heat away from the diodes and keeps the weight low across almost a metre of length. The lamp is made in Poland and carries a five-year guarantee. A plain bar with a scalloped edge reads as modern but softer than a typical linear profile, and the yellow works as a colour accent in rooms kept in white, wood and grey.
