ALGINE is a square LED panel measuring 150 × 150 mm and only 26 mm thick, installed recessed — into a ceiling cut-out where sprung clips hold it. The frame is white, the body aluminium and plastic.This is a 24 V panel, not 230 VThe key thing to know before buying: ALGINE runs on 24 V and draws 375 mA. A 24 V driver sized to the number of panels is required — it is not connected directly to 230 V. The panel is electrical class III, meaning it works only on safety extra-low voltage (SELV); that is an advantage in itself where installation safety matters, but it needs a separate low-voltage circuit to be planned.The lightAt 9 W the panel delivers 520 lm at 6000 K — cold white, decidedly working light. The beam angle is 120° and colour rendering CRI 80. Declared lifetime is 17,000 hours. The panel is dimmable.Resistance and operating conditionsThe IP20 rating restricts it to dry interiors; mechanical resistance is IK06.
