LARGO M1 is a mounting profile — an aluminium base rail screwed to the wall or ceiling before the LARGO lighting profile itself goes on. This length is 2.02 m and comes in a white lacquered finish, RAL 9016. Rail first, finished fitting second The logic is straightforward: LARGO M1 goes up empty, so while you drill and level you are not holding a profile loaded with LED strips and a cover above your head. The complete LARGO section — strips, cover and end caps — is assembled on the bench, then clicked into the rail's shaped groove. On long runs this order of work saves the most time and does most to protect the strips during installation. A straight line at any length A dedicated LARGO M1 mounting connector (14-3040-02) joins consecutive sections on one axis, so a run built from several two-metre pieces keeps a straight line with no step at the joints. Standard profile lengths are 1000, 2020 and 3000 mm, letting you match the room with as few cuts as possible. End caps to match the assembly Which end cap you need depends on what is visible at the end of the run. For the LARGO M1 rail alone in white these are aluminium caps 12-0441-10 (with a cable hole) and 12-0441-11 (without); for the LARGO M1 + LARGO assembly, 12-0451-10 and 12-0451-11 respectively. The hole goes where the supply cable enters the profile. What the rail carries The LARGO surface profile that LARGO M1 is made for measures 88.6 × 44.8 mm and holds up to six LED strips 6 × 12 mm wide — a solution for commercial buildings and public premises, where a single profile has to deliver a genuinely large amount of light. The mounting rail itself is 88.6 mm wide and 25.5 mm high, so the assembled system projects from the wall by no more than the two parts' combined height.
