SPARTAN is the most versatile filter from Whatman as it can be used for almost all HPLC samples. The housing is made of HPLC-grade polypropylene for maximum performance. SPARTAN syringe filters are HPLC-certified to ensure safety and consistent results. Spartan syringe filters guarantee reproducible results when filtering organic and aqueous HPLC solutions. To ensure consistent quality, Spartan filter batches are tested and certified with water, methanol and acetonitrile at 210 mm and 254 mm for freedom from UV-absorbing substances.
