Outdoor wall light Nora 2470AL LED 15.3W 3000K DALI2 aluminium NORLYS

Name: Outdoor wall light Nora 2470AL LED 15.3W 3000K DALI2 aluminium NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

Nora 2470AL is an outdoor LED wall light shaped as a flat square box 13 cm across that projects only 5 cm from the wall. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium in an aluminium finish (RAL 9006), and the cover is clear safety glass. How it lights Two LED modules inside send light upwards and downwards at the same time; the manufacturer states that half the luminous flux goes upwards (ULOR 50%). The wall therefore gets two bands of light, above and below the fitting, and lighting walls and façades is exactly what the manufacturer designed it for. The fitting delivers 1103 lm from 15.3 W. At 3000 K the light is warm white, close to a traditional incandescent bulb. The LED modules are part of the fitting, so there are no bulbs to buy. DALI-2 control This version has a DALI-2 driver. The light is dimmable, but that takes a DALI bus and a DALI controller; an ordinary phase-cut dimmer cannot control this driver. It is the variant for installations where the façade lighting is controlled together with the rest of the system. Mounting and wiring The light fixes to the wall through two ø5 mm holes spaced 63 × 112 mm. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to loop through to the next fitting at up to 5 × 1.5 mm², so a row of lights along a façade can run from a single supply line. The gland takes a round cable 7–10.5 mm in diameter. On a longer row it is worth checking the circuit protection: because of the inrush current the manufacturer allows 46 fittings on a B10 breaker, 74 on B16 or C10 and 119 on C16. It is a class I fitting, so it needs a protective earth (PE) conductor, and installation should be done by a suitably qualified person. Outdoor resistance The IP65 rating allows mounting outdoors without a canopy, and class IK09 means the housing withstands impacts of up to 10 J. The same Nora body comes in eight colours, from black and white to graphite, copper brown and corten steel.Mostrar mais
