The Zambelis E127 is a cube-shaped outdoor wall light: a white opal polycarbonate diffuser in an aluminium frame whose flat plates project above and below it. The graphite finish is finely textured (sagre). The body is 16.5 cm wide, 17.1 cm high, and stands 16.5 cm out from the wall. How much wall it takes up The 16.5 × 17.1 cm face is a figure to compare with the width of your front-door frame. The 16.5 cm projection equals that width, so this is a deep body rather than a flat wall plate — on a narrow balcony, check it against the gap between wall and railing. The manufacturer specifies surface mounting: the fitting goes straight onto a finished wall, with no recess and no cut-out. Boxed at 17 × 17 × 18 cm, it weighs 1.1 kg. The light it gives The fitting takes one E27 bulb of up to 18 W. No bulb is supplied, so you choose the colour and brightness yourself, and 18 W is the ceiling for the lamp rather than the fitting's own draw. The fitting runs on 220–240 V and belongs to safety class I, so it needs an earth conductor. On old two-core wiring with no earth it cannot be installed to code.
