Outdoor Recessed Light SLV PATTA-F Black 11W 3000K IP65 114450

Name: Outdoor Recessed Light SLV PATTA-F Black 11W 3000K IP65 114450
Brand: SLV

PATTA-F is a recessed downlight with a square 8,3 × 8,3 cm trim in matt black and a built-in 11 W COB LED. The driver comes with it — a separate module on a lead, visible in the photo next to the body. Two spring clips hold the fitting in the ceiling. What cut-out it needs and how much room it takes above the ceiling The cut-out is round and 7 cm across, even though the visible trim is square — the trim is what covers the edge of the hole. Above the ceiling the fitting takes 5,7 cm, below it projects 0,5 cm, giving 6,2 cm of overall height. The manufacturer intends it for ceilings up to 20 mm thick, so plasterboard and thin panels — that is the thickness the spring clips are cut for. The driver does not fit inside the housing, so the void above the ceiling has to leave room for it as well. How much light it gives and of what kind The fitting delivers 745 lm for 11 W drawn — brightness close to the old 60 W bulb, but concentrated on one spot instead of spread around the room. 3000 K is warm white, and Ra 80 is the usual figure for general lighting; where colours have to match — at a mirror or over a worktop — fittings of Ra 90 and above are what to look for. The beam angle is 38°, so the pool of light on the floor is roughly 0,7 times the mounting height across — and that is about the spacing at which further fittings are set so their beams join. The LED is built in, so no lamp has to be bought; the manufacturer states 40 000 hours of service life. Where it may go and how it dims The fitting carries a dual IP20/IP65 rating, and it is the IP65 half that lets the manufacturer allow it outdoors and in damp rooms — in a terrace soffit or a bathroom ceiling. Protection class II means the connection needs no earth conductor. The supplied driver is dimmable, in both phase-cut technologies — leading edge and trailing edge. Using that needs a phase dimmer in the installation; the fitting has no control of its own.Mostrar mais
