Outdoor Ceiling Lamp SLV SITRA White GX53 IP44 10 cm 231541

Name: Outdoor Ceiling Lamp SLV SITRA White GX53 IP44 10 cm 231541
Brand: SLV

SITRA 231541 is an outdoor ceiling light shaped as a cylinder 10 cm across and 11 cm deep. The body is white-painted aluminium and a round glass pane, held by four screws, closes it off underneath. Light leaves the fitting downwards only, square to the ceiling. How much room it takes and how it goes up This is a surface-mounted fitting: it screws onto a finished ceiling and needs neither a cut-out nor clear space above the board. The cylinder is 10 cm in diameter and stands 11 cm below the ceiling, and that second figure is the one worth comparing with the headroom under the canopy it will sit on. The complete fitting weighs 686 g. It runs directly on 220–240 V mains and is protection class I, which means an earth conductor has to reach the terminal — without earthing it must not be connected. Which lamp you have to buy There is one GX53 socket rated at a maximum of 9 W, and no lamp is supplied. GX53 is a flat bayonet socket — the lamp is pushed in and twisted rather than screwed — so a bulb with an E27 or GU10 base will not fit here. SLV matches two of its own 6 W GX53 lamps to this fitting: one at 3000 K with a colour rendering index of Ra 94, the other at 2700 K with Ra 90. Both spread light over 120°, a wide pool immediately below the fitting, and 2700 K gives a noticeably warmer light close to a traditional incandescent bulb. Brightness and colour therefore follow the lamp you choose; the fitting itself dictates nothing beyond the 9 W ceiling. What outdoor use it is rated for Ingress protection IP44 covers solid objects larger than 1 mm and splashing water from every direction. That level is intended for covered positions — a porch over the front door, a roofed terrace, a gazebo, a carport soffit — not for a fitting left out in open rain. The manufacturer rates the housing's impact resistance at IK02. The materials are aluminium for the body and glass for the pane that closes it underneath.Mostrar mais
