Rendl NAVONA 47 Outdoor Spike Spotlight, anthracite, GU10 max. 8 W, IP65, 230 V

Name: Rendl NAVONA 47 Outdoor Spike Spotlight, anthracite, GU10 max. 8 W, IP65, 230 V
Brand: Rendl light studio

The NAVONA 47 is an outdoor spotlight on a ground spike: an anthracite aluminium body sits on a slim stem ending in a spike with a pressure flange. The cylindrical head turns in its yoke, so the direction of the light is set after the spike is driven in. How far it stands out of the ground and how it is aimed The manufacturer gives a length of 52,5 cm, and the dimension drawing puts the spike below the flange at 20,5 cm — that is what goes into the soil. Just under half a metre stays above ground, a height to compare with whatever is to be lit: a shrub, a tree trunk or a section of wall. The head is 6,5 cm across and swings through 90°, from pointing straight up to horizontal. The whole fitting weighs 0,57 kg, so the spike alone holds it and no footing or anchor is needed. Which bulb to buy for it The lampholder is GU10 and takes LED lamps up to 8 W. No bulb is included, and the manufacturer names its own article G11841 as a match — so colour temperature, lumen output and beam angle are chosen with the lamp and decided by it. The manufacturer states the fitting can be dimmed, but conditionally: it needs a lamp marked as dimmable and a dimmer suited to it. The fitting itself carries no control gear. Connection and weather resistance The NAVONA 47 runs on 230 V mains and comes with a 100 cm cable fitted at the factory — with no plug. It cannot simply go into a garden socket: terminating the cable is left to the installation, in a junction box or a garden power post. IP65 means a dust-tight housing protected against water jets, which is the condition under which the fitting can stay in the garden permanently, with no cover and without being taken in for the winter.Mostrar mais
