Lucide GOSSE White Porcelain Table Lamp Japandi E14 13535/34/31

Name: Lucide GOSSE White Porcelain Table Lamp Japandi E14 13535/34/31
Brand: Lucide

GOSSE is a 33.7 cm table lamp with a body of porcelain cut into close vertical ribs. The shape narrows at the top and at the bottom, and a matt gold metal ring closes each end. The top edge stays open, so part of the light goes straight up to the ceiling. How big it is and how much room it needs The body measures 19.7 cm across and 33.7 cm high, and it stands on a 3 cm metal foot that is 12 cm at its widest. The body itself is the widest part, so compare the 19.7 cm — not the foot — with the free space on your bedside table or sideboard. The height is fixed: the manufacturer gives the same figure as the minimum and the maximum. The bulb it takes and how it switches on The lamp takes one E14 bulb of up to 40 W at 230 V. No bulb is supplied, so you choose the colour and the brightness yourself; for this model Lucide recommends its own P45 filament lamp (article 49022/04/60, LED 4 W, 2700 K), which is warm, slightly yellow light close to a traditional incandescent bulb. The fitting itself is not dimmable and carries no electronics of its own — it is switched by the on/off switch on the cord. Light passes all round through the ribbed porcelain and escapes upwards through the open top. A single bulb of up to 40 W gives additional light rather than room lighting. The manufacturer intends the lamp for indoor use only. Materials and the GOSSE series The porcelain body has a matt, spray-painted finish; the foot and the top ring are metal in matt gold. Lucide sells the shade on its own as a spare part (article 92/13135/31), so a broken piece of porcelain does not write off the whole lamp. GOSSE is a whole family of fittings: besides the table version it includes an E27 pendant and a flush ceiling light with the same ribbed shape. In our catalogue the lamp is filed for the living room, the bedroom, the office and the study, and the Japandi style the manufacturer assigns to it shows in the closed, undecorated shape and in the white with one narrow gold accent.Mostrar mais
