ZOSIA Teddy Bears Hellux Children's Floor Lamp 8112107
ZOSIA is a floor lamp made for a child's room. A plain white stem rises from a round base and ends in a cylindrical shade printed with a row of teddy bears — brown, beige and blue — on a cream ground scattered with pastel dots. The lamp stands 152 cm tall and measures 35 cm across at its widest point. How much room it takes and how to set it up Compare the 152 cm height and 35 cm width with the free space in the room: on the floor the lamp occupies a circle roughly 35 cm across, and the shade — the widest part of the fitting — spans the same width. No installation is needed. The cable is 1.5 m long and ends in a plug, so the lamp only has to stand within reach of a socket and be plugged in — and it moves just as easily when the room is rearranged. Which bulb to fit The fitting has a single E27 socket and takes a bulb of up to 60 W. The manufacturer also allows LED sources, which draw noticeably less current at the same brightness. There is one light point, so the choice of bulb is what decides how much light reaches the room. The bulb also sets the colour of the light: around 2700 K gives warm, slightly yellow light close to a traditional incandescent, while 4000 K is neutral white. The lamp runs on ordinary 230 V mains. What it is made of and how to clean it The base and stem are solid wood finished with white water-based paint. The manufacturer states that every paint and oil used on the finish is certified and environmentally safe. The shade is made of PVC rather than fabric. Fingerprints or crayon marks wipe off with a damp cloth in place, without taking the shade down or washing it — a practical difference in a child's room.Mostrar mais
