Manito is a pendant light built as a flat, round LED panel 48 cm across. The body is white and the whole underside is an even, milky diffuser. It hangs on four thin steel cables from a round ceiling rose, with the supply cable down the middle. How large the fitting is and how low it hangs The panel itself measures 48 cm in diameter and only 2.4 cm in height — a large glowing circle from below, a thin disc from the side. Over a table that diameter stays in proportion with a top roughly 90–110 cm wide — the first measurement to compare with your own table. The manufacturer gives a total height of 120 cm, from the ceiling to the panel. In a room 2.7 m high the lower edge then sits about 75 cm above a dining table of the usual 75 cm height — the 70–80 cm band where light covers the whole top without dazzling those seated at it. Four cables meeting in a single ceiling rose carry the weight, with no arm or bracket. How much light Manito gives The light comes from a built-in 36 W LED module — the fitting lights up as soon as it is wired in, no bulb is bought for it and the source cannot be replaced. Its 4300 lm output roughly equals five traditional 60 W bulbs, so Manito works as the main light of a room, not only as a lamp over a table. Light leaves the whole underside at a 120° beam angle, spreading wide with no visible cone. The colour is chosen from 2800 K, 4000 K and 6000 K — from warm and slightly yellow to distinctly cool — but Italux states the choice is made on the fitting before it goes up: there is no remote and no separate switch. The fitting is not dimmable. Where the manufacturer intends it Italux places Manito over a table, in the living room, the bedroom, the hallway and in hotel interiors. The plain, undecorated shape and uniform white match a modern and modernist style — the panel reads as a plane of light, not a shade. The housing is plastic and the IP40 rating covers solid bodies only, with no water protection — the fitting is intended for dry interiors. The manufacturer gives a five-year warranty.
