Lunares Lunhold Ceiling Suspension 150 cm E27 - black and white textile cable, black lampholder LUN-LLH-BI-150

Name: Lunares Lunhold Ceiling Suspension 150 cm E27 - black and white textile cable, black lampholder LUN-LLH-BI-150
Brand: Lunares

Lunhold is a ceiling suspension — the load-bearing half of a pendant lamp on its own: a black canopy, 150 cm of cable in a black and white herringbone textile braid, and a black E27 lampholder with a ring for a shade. Neither a shade nor a bulb is included. What you add yourselfThe lampholder takes one E27 screw-base bulb on a 230 V supply, and the bulb is bought separately. Without a shade the bulb stays fully visible, so its shape and light colour become part of how the lamp looks. The shade seats on the ring of the lampholder. The suspension is rated for a maximum load of 1.5 kg, and that figure decides the shade: a light shade in fabric, paper or thin metal stays under it, a heavy glass one usually does not.Dimensions and dropThe cable is 150 cm long, which is the greatest distance between ceiling and lampholder. Over a 75 cm dining table, with the shade hung 70–80 cm above the top, the lampholder ends up roughly 1.5 m above the floor — this length of cable reaches that point even in a room close to 3 m high. The cable can be shortened, but the adjustment should be made by an electrician. The canopy is 12 cm across and 2.4 cm deep and covers the connection to the mains. The suspension itself weighs 0.34 kg, so the load on the ceiling comes mostly from the shade and the bulb.Where it fitsA black canopy and a black lampholder paired with a contrasting black and white braid make a Scandinavian-leaning combination: plain black parts plus a clearly graphic weave along the cable. With a small shade it is the cable that stays visible over the whole drop, so its pattern works as a decorative element rather than only as a supply lead.It is intended for the living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining room, and for hotel interiors. Several of them hung side by side spread the light along a longer table or worktop, since each suspension hangs on its own cable.Mostrar mais
