The MetaCarb HPLC column presented here has an internal diameter of 7.8 mm, a 8.0 µm sized particles and a length of 300 mm. MetaCarb H Plus columns are a hydrogenated, highly cross-linked SDVB resin with a particle size of 8 μm. This column is suitable for the analysis of samples containing monosaccharides in combination with organic acids, alcohols, ketones, fatty acids or other neutral compounds. The basic separation mechanism is based on the use of a column with monosaccharides in combination with organic acids, alcohols, ketones, fatty acids or other neutral compounds.
