ProPac IMAC-10 HPLC column with 4 mm inner diameter, 50 mm length and 10.0 µm particle size. About ProPac IMAC-10 Columns Resolve target proteins using a single column in a high-resolution gradient run with Thermo Scientific™ ProPac™ IMAC-10 LC Columns. These analytical and semi-preparative HPLC columns provides high-purity separations of metal-binding proteins and high loading capacity for protein purification applications. The use of small, nonporous resin particles results in narrow, high-efficiency peaks, with minimal band broadening due to dispersion.
