Separate cationic molecules with powerful adjustable selection control using Thermo Scientific™ Acclaim™ Mixed Mode-WCX-1 LC columns. The silica-based stationary phase features a hydrophobic alkyl chain with a carboxyl end that provides both hydrophobic reverse phase and weak cation exchange properties. This multimode separation mechanism enables the simultaneous separation of base and neutral compounds. By tuning the ionic strength, pH and organic modifier of the mobile phase independently or simultaneously, you can control the selectivity of ionizable and neutral compounds.
