The TEKKNI HELSE set is a surface-mounted aluminium LED profile in silver anodised finish, 3 m long, with a transparent S14 polycarbonate cover, four end caps and four metal mounting clips. The manufacturer intends it for decorative lighting in furniture and interior fit-outs, at the office and at home. What is in the box and what you still need The box holds one 3 m HELSE aluminium profile, one S14 polycarbonate cover, four plastic end caps and four metal mounting clips. The caps carry a routed knock-out for the cable, so a run closes at both ends, including the supply end. No LED strip and no driver are included; both are chosen separately. The manufacturer places the driver outside the profile: the 14.2 mm channel takes the strip but not the power module, so room for it has to be planned inside the furniture or next to it. Profile dimensions and the length you get The profile measures 16.0 by 15.7 mm, with a 14.2 mm internal channel, so it accepts strips narrower than 14 mm: the common 8, 10 and 12 mm widths. The cover is 14.1 by 4.3 mm and slides in from above. This is a single 3000 mm length, not two shorter pieces. HELSE profiles cannot be joined with connectors, so a longer line is built from separate lengths with a visible gap. The same set also comes in 2.02 m. Surface mounting and three ways to fix it The profile sits on top of the surface, under a shelf or on a cabinet front, and fixes with double-sided tape, with the supplied clips, or with clips and screws. A clip measures 18.0 by 17.2 mm and grips the profile from below, keeping the screw out of the strip channel. Four end caps are supplied and one run needs two, so the set closes two separate lengths. There are four clips as well, which over three metres gives support roughly every metre. The transparent cover against the other options Of the S14 family the transparent cover passes the most light but does not diffuse it: through clear polycarbonate the diodes stay visible as dots. Where the line should read as one band, the same silver set exists with a frosted cover (38-0410-30) or a milky one (38-0420-30). Parts are added separately: the S14 PC 3 m cover is 11-3513-30 transparent, 11-3712-30 frosted and 11-3911-30 milky, the ABS end caps with the routed hole are 12-1635-01 (grey) and 12-1632-01 (black), and the HELSE mounting clip is 13-0520-02.Pokaż więcej
