SHARE recessed luminaire DL051-01-GU10-SQ-WMG Maytoni

Name: SHARE recessed luminaire DL051-01-GU10-SQ-WMG Maytoni
Brand: Maytoni

SHARE DL051-01-GU10-SQ-WMG is a square Maytoni recessed luminaire in a plaster-in version with no visible trim. The aluminium and plastic housing is white, while the deep reflector inside has a matt gold finish, and once installed that reflector is the only part of the fitting you see on the ceiling. Dimensions and cut-out The body measures 130 × 75 mm and is 55 mm high. The ceiling needs a rectangular cut-out of 90 × 80 mm and 135 mm of free space above it — the installation depth with the lamp fitted, which is the figure to compare with the void above your suspended ceiling. The manufacturer designed the fitting for a plaster finish. The perforated wings on either side of the body are skimmed over, so the edge of the reflector sits flush with the ceiling surface. This means the luminaire goes in while the ceiling is being finished, not into an existing painted opening. Light source and power supply The luminaire has one GU10 lampholder, and the manufacturer allows a lamp of up to 10 W. That limit rules out classic 35–50 W GU10 halogens, so in practice it takes an LED lamp, and the colour temperature and beam angle are chosen with that lamp. It runs on 230 V mains, so no transformer is needed. The manufacturer states that it is not dimmable. It is built to protection class II, with insulation that does not require an earth connection. It weighs 0.17 kg. Where it fits The fitting belongs to Maytoni's modern Share line: a plain square with no flange, a white housing that disappears into the ceiling and a gold reflector marking where the light comes from. It works where several of these points form an even row — in a living room, bedroom or dining room, and in a hotel or restaurant. The Share series also includes round versions and other reflector colours.Pokaż więcej
