REIF is a small recessed downlight, 6.8 cm across, in which a black ring surrounds a deeply coned gold reflector. That gold cone is the whole idea: it warms the colour of the reflected light and keeps the fitting from reading as a black hole in the ceiling when it is off.A deeply set lampThe GU10 sits well back inside the housing, so at normal viewing angles you do not see the source itself – that limits glare and makes REIF usable over a table or desk, where shallow-set downlights can be tiring.Before you order – installation dimensionsThis is the part that matters with a recessed fitting.
