Recessed spotlight SLV HORN MAGNA LED black 9W 3000K 1002592

Name: Recessed spotlight SLV HORN MAGNA LED black 9W 3000K 1002592
Brand: SLV

HORN MAGNA is a fixed recessed ceiling spot — the reflector is set rigidly and cannot be tilted. The body is aluminium in a black finish, and a polycarbonate lens covers the LED.Cut-out and installation depthThe hole is round and 6.8 cm across, and the 7.8 cm ring covers its edge. The manufacturer specifies an installation depth of 9 cm — that much clear space has to remain above the ceiling board, since the body with its heatsink is 8.2 cm tall. The fitting weighs 186 g and goes into the opening on spring clips. The lead running out of it is 30 cm long and ends in bare conductors, so the driver must sit within that reach. How much light it gives, and what kindThe fitting draws 9 W and delivers 445 lm gathered into a 25° beam. That is a markedly narrower cone than a typical downlight: it lights a small patch below, so it works as point accent light, not as a room's main light.3000 K is warm white — warmer than daylight, without a pronounced yellow cast. Colour rendering is Ra 80; where colours have to match exactly, at a mirror or over a worktop, a higher figure is the better choice. Only a qualified professional may replace the LED, which the manufacturer rates at 30 000 hours. The 500 mA driver is bought separatelySLV states it plainly: the fitting needs a constant-current driver rated at 500 mA to run. It is not in the box and has to be budgeted for. The fitting works in protection class III, so it is not wired to 230 V directly, and it is not DALI-controlled.IP20 means dry rooms — not a bathroom, not outdoors. The manufacturer permits an ambient temperature up to 30 °C and gives a five-year warranty.Where a fitting like this worksThe narrow beam and the smooth black 7.8 cm ring set HORN MAGNA up as accent light: single points in a living room, a row along a corridor, or extra light in a hall. Several at regular spacing light a passage; one alone marks a single spot. The manufacturer lists the HORN MAGNA COMB anti-glare honeycomb, ref. 1002596, as a separate accessory — it drops into the fitting and limits the view of the lit LED. The form is minimalist and modern: once installed, only the black ring in the ceiling plane shows.Pokaż więcej
