Neon Flex Multi One is a flexible light cord with a round 22 mm cross-section sealed in UV-resistant silicone. The silicone is built in three parts — a solid outer layer, a milky inner layer over the diodes and a frosted edge zone — so light leaves the whole circumference through a full 360° with no visible diode dots. What you get and how it is cut This listing is a 1-metre length, and every figure quoted refers to one metre. The maker winds the neon onto rolls of at most 5 m, so 5 m is the longest continuous run that can be laid without a connector. The cutting section is 6.25 mm, so the neon shortens in half-centimetre steps — the length can be matched to a sign or an edge with almost no slack. Bending is horizontal, in the plane of the cord, at a minimum radius of 50 mm: a 10 cm diameter arc is the tightest curve allowed. How much light a metre gives and of what kind Each metre delivers 1109 lm for 20 W drawn, more than an old 60 W bulb gave. Over longer runs the neon stops being decoration alone and starts to light the space. At 3000 K the light is warm white with a slightly yellow cast, and a colour rendering index of ≥80 is enough for decorative and architectural lighting. The light comes from a 2 × (160 × 2835 SMD) arrangement — two rows of 160 diodes per metre. The built-in light source is energy efficiency class G. Where it can go and what to buy alongside IP67 sealing and UV-resistant silicone allow mounting outside a building, on a facade or along an edge, not only indoors. Mounting is surface-fixed. The neon runs on 24 V DC, so a 24 V power supply sized for the total load is needed — at 20 W per metre a five-metre roll comes to 100 W. Dimming is possible, but on the 24 V side, with a controller or low-voltage dimmer, not a 230 V wall dimmer. Bought separately: section connector, end cap, end cap with a straight power-feed outlet, mounting clip, and kits for surface and suspended installation.
