Wall light Max Light Merano II W0347 gold LED 10W 3000K 870lm 45 cm
MERANO II W0347 is a gold Max Light wall light built from a round base and two flat bars that rotate around it independently. The body is aluminium in a gold finish and the LED module is built in permanently — there is no bulb to buy. Size and how it is set Lined up straight, the fitting measures 45 cm; the upper arm alone is 17 cm long and the bars have a 3.5 × 1.5 cm section. The round base is 8 cm across and stands 5 cm off the wall, so the light also fits in a narrow passage. Both bars turn around the base, so once mounted they can be set in one line — vertical or diagonal — or spread apart at an angle. The LED driver is included and sits inside the fitting. How much light it gives The fitting draws 10 W and puts out 870 lm, roughly what an old 60 W bulb gave. That is enough light to graze a wall or flank a mirror, not to light a whole room. Both bars emit, not just one. At 3000 K the light is a warm white with a slight yellow cast, close to a traditional incandescent bulb. Max Light states that this fitting cannot be connected to a dimmer — with an integrated LED module there is no bulb choice to work around that. Finish and variants The whole fitting is in one gold finish, with no contrasting element and no screws visible from the front. Its IP20 rating restricts it to dry interiors. In the MERANO series Max Light also lists a black version of the same size (W0348) and the shorter MERANO I in gold (W0345) and black (W0346), so several can be combined on one wall.
