This Cogent NP Diol™ Wide Pore, Stationary Phase has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. Non end-capped, it is manufactured with the highest purity 300A Silica available and bonded with a short hydrocarbon ligand that has a terminal, Diol Functional group. This make this Column ideal as an Alternate in any USP Method that uses the L20 Classification or for new methods that analyzes large molecules. With a 3µm Particle, this column is more efficient than a 5um column of the same phase and you will experience sharper peaks. However, due to the smaller particle size, there is an increased back pressure. It is often chosen to replace unmodified Silica columns in established methods, even though there may be slightly different selectivity because it can be more robust and more compatible with a wider range of solvents.Pokaż więcej
