MAVRO is a spotlight for 3-circuit track: a slim cylinder 5.5 cm across and 18.5 cm long in a gold finish, carried on a joint with the track adapter. The light comes from a built-in LED module — the fitting has no lampholder and no thread. How much light it gives and how wide the cone is The module draws 12 W and puts out 1020 lm at 3000 K, a warm white with a slightly yellow cast. That is more than the old 60 W bulb's roughly 800 lm — with the difference that here the whole output goes into one cone rather than into the room. The beam angle is 38°. Two metres from the lit surface the pool of light is about 1.4 m across, so it covers a picture, a shelf unit or part of a worktop rather than a whole room. Colour rendering of Ra 80 is the level at which the colours of goods and fabrics read correctly, though not with the accuracy a mirror or colour work calls for. What comes in the box The spotlight arrives with the 3-circuit track adapter and with the driver inside its own body, so it goes straight into a 230 V track — there is no transformer and no lamp to buy. The LED module is fixed in place and is not replaceable; the manufacturer quotes a lifetime of up to 40,000 hours, after which the whole fitting is changed. Aiming it, and where it belongs The fitting tilts through 90° and turns through 350° on the adapter, so the direction is set after it clips in, without moving it along the track. Several units can be spaced along one run and each aimed at a different point. The adapter fits 3-circuit tracks to the Eurostandard/EUTRAC pattern. The whole fitting weighs 0.33 kg. The manufacturer intends it for living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms as well as hotels, restaurants and shops, and the plain gold cylinder suits industrial and loft interiors.Pokaż więcej
