Lucide DANZA pendant lamp 3xE27 gold black metal 50 cm 21428/13/02

Name: Lucide DANZA pendant lamp 3xE27 gold black metal 50 cm 21428/13/02
Brand: Lucide

Lucide DANZA is a pendant lamp made up of three spherical shades of twisted matt gold wire, hung at different heights. The shades are open cages carried on black braided cords that come out of a round black ceiling plate. The whole arrangement fits inside a circle 50 cm across. How big it is and how high to hang it The three shades occupy a 50 cm circle — that is the dimension to compare with the width of the table or island the lamp is going over. Drop height is set before installation, anywhere from 70 to 165 cm, by shortening the cords. Over a table the bottom edge of the shades usually sits 70–80 cm above the top: the light then covers the table surface without shining into the eyes of anyone seated. The ceiling plate is 30 cm across and 2.5 cm deep, so it covers a standard installation box with room to spare. How much light it gives and what you need to buy The fitting takes three E27 bulbs of up to 40 W each. Bulbs are not included, so colour and brightness are your choice; Lucide recommends its decorative G95 filament bulb, 9.5 cm across (49032/05/62, 4.9 W, 2200 K), which gives very warm light with an amber cast. The shades are open, so light escapes in every direction and the wire throws a shadow pattern onto the ceiling and walls; with a clear filament bulb that effect is strongest. The lamp can be dimmed, but it needs a dimmable bulb and an external dimmer, neither of which is supplied. Build and installation The structure is all metal with a matt finish: shades and lampholders in gold brass, ceiling plate and cords in black. Lucide supplies the mounting hardware in the box, and the fitting is electrical class I, so the connection needs an earth conductor. The lamp is for indoor use only. The manufacturer warranty runs for two years. Where it fits Lucide intends it over a dining table, in a living room and in a kitchen. The form is modern: three identical thin-wire spheres with no ornament, hung at staggered heights — over a round table or an island the arrangement spreads the light across three points instead of one.Pokaż więcej
