Lucide BLOMSTER Green Wood LED Pendant Lamp 47 cm 77493/07/33

Name: Lucide BLOMSTER Green Wood LED Pendant Lamp 47 cm 77493/07/33
Brand: Lucide

BLOMSTER is a pendant light with a flat, flower-shaped shade 47 cm across. The petals spread around a slim stem and the whole piece is finished in matt green. The shade is made of FSC 100% certified wood, the ceiling cup of metal. How big it is and how high it hangs At 47 cm the shade is wider than a typical coffee-table pendant — it keeps its proportions over a tabletop of roughly 90 cm and up. The lower edge usually sits 70–80 cm above the table, where the light covers the whole surface without shining into the eyes of the people seated. The drop ranges from 50 to 145 cm, but Lucide states that the height is set before installation: the cord is shortened once, so measure the distance from the ceiling first. The ceiling cup is 12 cm across. The fitting is class II and needs no earth conductor. What kind of light it gives The light source is built in for good: a 9 W LED module putting out 570 lm at 2700 K, a warm, slightly yellow light close to an old incandescent bulb. 570 lm is less than the former 60-watt bulb — the fitting lights what stands under it rather than the whole room, so a larger space needs a second source. Lucide gives the module 15,000 hours; once it is spent the whole fitting is replaced, because there is nothing to unscrew. Colour rendering is Ra 80 and the beam spreads at 120 degrees downwards, since the opaque petals send all the light below the fitting. The light can be dimmed, but the dimmer is bought separately and wired into the installation — the fitting itself has no control, and the light colour cannot be changed. Finish and where it fits The wood of the shade comes entirely from certified forests (FSC 100%) and the matt green is spray painted. The form is organic but unornamented: a single layer of petals and a thin stem. Lucide files the model under modern, and the catalogue places it above the table, in the dining room, the kitchen and the living room; it is for indoor use only. BLOMSTER belongs to the Essential line and is also available in taupe.Pokaż więcej
