Lucide BANKER Retro Desk Lamp Bronze Green Glass E14 17504/01/03

Name: Lucide BANKER Retro Desk Lamp Bronze Green Glass E14 17504/01/03
Brand: Lucide

BANKER is a Lucide desk lamp in the classic banker's shape: a half-round green glass shade on a straight stem and a round metal base. The metal has a brushed bronze finish, and the shade is white inside and open at the bottom. How much desk space it takes The lamp is 22 cm wide and 30 cm tall, and its round base measures 13.5 cm across — a figure worth comparing with the free space next to your keyboard. The height is fixed; the manufacturer lists it explicitly as not height-adjustable, so the shade always sits at the same level. At 1.4 kg the base is noticeably heavier than the shade, so the lamp stays upright when it is repositioned. The shade itself tilts vertically: two thumb screws on the sides release it, and tipping it forward or back moves the pool of light closer to the edge of the desk or further away. What light it gives and what is missing from the box There is a single E14 socket rated up to 40 W. No bulb is included — it is bought separately and it decides the colour and the brightness of the light. Lucide names its own C35 lamp, article 49043/03/62, as the matching source: an E14 LED of 3 W at 2200 K, very warm and amber — which matters, because in this lamp the bulb is visible from the front under the rim of the shade. The white inside of the shade directs the light downwards onto a narrow strip of the desktop in front of the lamp — this lights one working spot, not the room. The lamp is not dimmable, and the switch sits on the cord, so it is operated without reaching for the socket and without a dimmer in the wall. Build and replacement glass Stem, base and shade mount are metal with an electro-galvanized coating in brushed bronze; the shade is tinted green glass. Lucide lists that glass as a separate service part under number 92/17504/03, so a broken shade does not write off the lamp. The shape is plainly retro — a scaled-down notary's lamp, and that is how it is filed here: for the office, the study and for reading. The manufacturer intends it for indoor use only. The same lamp is also made in chrome under number 17504/01/11.Pokaż więcej
