IBAGUE Luces Exclusivas LE44660 pendant light, grey, plaster and glass, 2×G9, 115 cm
IBAGUE LE44660 is a pendant light built from two spheres of 8 cm diameter, set one below the other with a slight offset: the upper one in grey plaster, the lower one in milky glass. It hangs on a black cable from a black round ceiling rose. How far it drops and where to hang it The whole fitting measures 115 cm — from the ceiling to the underside of the lower sphere, cable included. At an ordinary ceiling height the lower sphere therefore sits about 145 cm above the floor, and over a dining table with a 75 cm top it leaves roughly 70 cm of clearance, which is the gap usually set above a table. The cable is shortened during installation if the lamp is to hang higher. The body itself is small: two 8 cm spheres take up about 14 cm of height at the bottom and only 8 cm of width. A fitting this size does not block the view across a room, and several can be hung side by side. Which bulbs you have to buy The fitting takes two G9 light sources, one in each sphere, and bulbs are not included — they have to be bought separately. The manufacturer allows a maximum of 5 W per socket, which rules out old 25 W or 40 W G9 halogens; all the usual G9 LED capsules stay inside that limit. Colour and brightness are therefore yours to choose along with the bulb. It runs on 230 V and has neither its own driver nor a controller, so dimming depends on a bulb described as dimmable and a dimmer in the installation. What it is made of The upper sphere is plaster — hence the matt, slightly porous surface in a grey tone — and the lower one is glass, which diffuses the bulb's light and keeps the source out of direct view. IBAGUE is a fitting for dry interiors. In the same series, at the same height and with the same two-sphere arrangement, the manufacturer also offers a white version in concrete and a red one in concrete and glass.Pokaż więcej
