The Jupiter DOMINO 1541 is a pendant light on a black steel bar 45 cm wide. Two straight rods hang from the bar, each carrying a cone-shaped shade of clear glass with a pale, wood-coloured ring at the top. How big the light is and where to hang it The bar measures 45 cm and the whole fitting stands 60 cm tall. The shape is linear, so DOMINO runs along a table or a kitchen worktop rather than sitting in the middle of a room — two light points spaced 45 cm apart light a strip, not a single spot. Over a table the bottom edges of the shades usually sit 70–80 cm above the top; with a 60 cm fitting it is worth comparing that allowance against your own ceiling height. The light weighs 1.42 kg, so an ordinary ceiling fixing is enough, though a plasterboard ceiling needs the fixing to reach the structure behind it.
