Zorbax HPLC cartridge column (PrepHT) with inner diameter 4.6 mm, length 150 mm and particle size 5.0 µm. ZORBAX 300Å StableBond columns are the ideal choice for the reproducible separation of proteins and peptides for two reasons. Firstly, for the efficient separation of proteins and peptides or other large molecules, wide pore 300Å columns are required to allow these analytes to fully enter the bonded phase. Secondly, 300StableBond columns are unsurpassed in their stability at low pH values, such as in TFA-containing mobile phases. For LC/MS separations at low pH values, 300StableBond columns can also be used with formic acid and acetic acid as modifiers for mobile phases. These columns are available in five different bonded phases (C18, C8, C3 and CN) to optimize the selectivity and recovery of proteins and polypeptides. To further increase sample recovery and improve efficiency with difficult proteins, 300StableBond columns can be used up to a temperature of 80 °C.Pokaż więcej
