DNAPac PA100 HPLC column with 4 mm inner diameter, 250 mm length and 13,0 µm particle size. About DNAPac PA100 Feature strong anion-exchange resin for high-resolution analysis and purification of synthetic and modified oligonucleotides with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ DNAPac™ PA100 Oligonucleotide Columns. The 13 μm pellicular polymeric resin is non-porous with bound quaternary amine-functionalized MicroBeads™. PA100 columns are capable of n, n-1 resolution for oligonucleotides with secondary structures. DNAPac PA100 columns are ompatible with solvent, high pH, and high temperatures. They are well suited for analyses of phosphorothioate-based clinical samples and provide easy scale-up.Meer tonen
