Sartorius Pressure Filter Sartolab P20, PES-MF, 0.2μm, sterile, 10 pc/PAK
Sartolab ® P20 with 0.2 µm polyethersulfone (PES) is designed for sterile filtration of cell culture media and other solutions. Type 18075 has a luer lock inlet and hose barb outlet. Version D is individually packed and sterilized by ethylene oxide (EO). Sartolab® P20 units can be operated with syringes, membrane and peristaltic pumps under pressure, allowing fast and reliable sterilization of 100 ml to 5 liters of media or aqueous solutions, combining a large filter area (20 cm²) with automatic venting of trapped air through vents provides high flow capacity, the vents are protected by a PTFE membrane and ensure that the entire filter surface is used effectively All versions with SFCA filter membrane optimized for aqueous fluids are equipped with the PTFE vent ring Solvents or solvent mixtures will make the vent ring leaky and the filter unit leaking, so for solvent blends we recommend filters with PES membrane.Meer tonen
